Title
Four tee-based and bat-training stations that develop swing timing, bat speed, swing path connection, and hand balance through command drills, weighted balls, rope bats, and short-bat work.
Compilation
If this video stacks several distinct drills back-to-back, split it into individual, draggable drills — each with its own clip, steps, and tags.
What it is
Four hitting stations run simultaneously or in rotation: Station 1 uses two tees where players load and stride on coach command, then race to swing on go. Station 2 has hitters drive weighted balls with wood bats. Station 3 uses a rope bat to eliminate casting and maintain swing connection. Station 4 alternates top-hand and bottom-hand short-bat swings off a tee to expose imbalances and build hand strength.
What it practices
Develops faster swing timing and reaction speed through loaded-stride command work. Builds bat speed and through-the-zone contact with weighted-ball and wood-bat training. Improves swing-path connection and barrel control via rope-bat work. Trains hand strength and contact consistency through single-hand short-bat swings.
Focuses on improving
Targets hitters with slow reaction time, long or cast-prone swings, weak contact, and inconsistent bat control. Develops game-ready timing, power through contact, and connected swing mechanics.
